Loba Muay Thai Kick Boxing
A combat sport that originates from Thailand, incorporating punching, kicking, knees, elbows, and more.
Yoga for the Back
This class was therapeutically designed for those with back conditions as well as anyone wanting to strengthen and nourish their spine.
Personal Training
Work with a small group of motivated humans to fine-tune your core, balance, and strength. Cardiovascular fitness as well.
Qi Gong
Qi (pronounced "chee") means life force energy. Gong means skillful practice. Through breathing exercises, special movements and self massage techniques we can restore our body to its original state of health.

Laura Knutson
Instructor
Laura is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Yoga Instructor. She is passionate about blending Eastern and Western modalities of healing, and uses this application for both her yoga and PT patients. Outside of her profession Laura is a Mother, and sings in the band Sōleffect.

Sierra Butlar
Instructor
Sierra is the head of Loba Muay Thai. She loves sharing her passion with others, and her goal is to create a place where anyone can learn and train. Sierra loves to meet new people and outside of instructing she is a Welder.

Dave Sanchez
Trainer
"I love working with and teaching others. Helping people achieve their goals and improve their daily lives, through fitness, is my passion and joy in life." Outside of work Dave enjoys disc golf, running, hiking and basketball.

Andrew Roof
Qi Gong Trainer
Andrew is a Qi Gong and Registered Yoga Teacher with over twenty years of experience in the healing arts. After significant study of a broad range of Yogic practices, he discovered Qi Gong at a local branch of the Shaolin Temple in his hometown of Chicago.
