At Spirit Winds, it is our belief and practice to treat the whole patient.  From promoting physical strength to mental health, we provide education and experiences to inspire and improve your life.

Events @ Spirit Winds 2023

Loba Muay Thai

A combat sport that originates from Thailand, incorporating punching, kicking, knees, elbows, and more.

Education Nights

Monthly presentations featuring local experts in a variety  of fields related to health. Meet with and discuss how to take small steps towards better health and increased awareness.

Personal Training

Work with a small group of motivated humans to fine-tune your core, balance, and strength.  Cardiovascular fitness as well.

5:45 pm - 7:00 pm Yoga for Back Care

7:15 pm - 8:30 pm - Jiujitsu (Starting February 7th)
