Loba Muay Thai
A combat sport that originates from Thailand, incorporating punching, kicking, knees, elbows, and more.
Education Nights
Monthly presentations featuring local experts in a variety of fields related to health. Meet with and discuss how to take small steps towards better health and increased awareness.
Personal Training
Work with a small group of motivated humans to fine-tune your core, balance, and strength. Cardiovascular fitness as well.
