At Spirit Winds, it is our belief and practice to treat the whole patient.  From promoting physical strength to mental health, we provide education and experiences to inspire and improve your life.

A combat sport that originates from Thailand, incorporating punching, kicking, knees, elbows, and more.

Yoga for the Back

This class was therapeutically designed for those with back conditions as well as anyone wanting to strengthen and nourish their spines.

Personal Training

Work with a small group of motivated humans to fine-tune your core, balance, and strength.  Cardiovascular fitness as well.

Laura Knutson

“Laura is a licences Physical Therapist Assistant and Yoga Therapist. She is passionate about blending these East and west modalities of healing in her therapeutic yoga classes and for her PT patients. Outside of her profession she is a mother, song leader, and sings in the band Sōleffect.” 


Sierra Butlar

Sierra is the head of Loba Muay Thai. She loves sharing her passion with others, and her goal is to create a place where anyone can learn and train. "I love meeting new people and during the day I'm a welder."


Dave Sanchez

"I love working with and teaching others. Helping people achieve their goals and improve their daily lives,  through fitness, is my passion and joy in life.  Hobbies include disc golf, running, hiking and basketball. Fun facts: I was a Police Officer for 10 years"


Alyse Meza

Alyse is a fitness enthusiast, and coach, L1 cert xfit coach, and wellness advocate.  She strength-trains clients and believes that the best motivation comes from within.
